Responsibilities

Manage the seasonal execution of video end-to-end, including internal and vendor milestones.
Develop and evolve processes to align with changing business and creative needs.
Storyboard creative videos to support the seasonal video strategy.
Direct video editing for use in organic social, paid social, and site.
Stay updated on video trends and technology to maintain brand standards.
Drive and evolve brand standards for video design across all channels.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
6+ years of video production experience, preferably in retail brands or agency background
Demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition
Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Very strong knowledge of the social media platforms and video best practices
Experience in managing multiple projects, editing, and retouching
Outstanding communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work well within tight deadlines
Experience designing for integrated campaigns including organic social, paid social, and site
Communicative and collaborative team player
Portfolio showcasing relevant work
Ability to perform work onsite in the (San Francisco, Rocklin, Portland, New York, San Jose) office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic
