Responsibilities

Drive business growth by analyzing national, regional, and local business trends.
Support evolved strategy of category and geographic focus through insights and measurement.
Develop tools and processes for identifying and tracking results using various data inputs.
Translate analytics into selling stories/tools for the field organization.
Establish end-to-end process for communicating with partners for collection and evaluation of hypotheses and hunches.

Required

Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience in a business, quantitative or technical field such as business administration, economics, finance, accounting, information systems or computer science.
2-5 years’ experience and demonstrated ability in consultative, analytical, or commercial sales roles.
Familiarity with coding languages including SQL, Python, R, etc.
Familiarity with data processing and visualization tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Jupyter Notebooks and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with data infrastructure including data warehouses and data lake processing.
Demonstrated history of analysis and translation of analytics into practical business outcomes.
History of project work that involved multiple organizational departments and geographic areas.
Significant analytical skills including a passion for data and discovering answers through data manipulation and a highly developed curiosity and motivation for teasing out exciting results.
History of working with and is undaunted by large data sets (those in excess of millions of records).
A strong baseline of oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills. An ability to convey complexity in a relatable manner.
Very positive; highly organized; excellent influencer; exhibits independence/needs little supervision; quick learner; and exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge.
Moves with considerable pace, encouraged to take action and possesses an insatiable appetite for continuous improvement.

Preferred

Understanding of the US Spirits industry, three-tier system and the data and change management challenges that lie within.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
