Responsibilities
Ensure the intraday management team provides real-time oversight and takes action to meet revenue, customer experience, and efficiency goals
Develop staffing plans to achieve service levels on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Identify seasonality and volume drivers, and quantify their impact on workload
Partner with the Growth team on forecasts and hiring plans for frontline staff
Establish regular communication with business leaders on performance, forecasts, insights, and recommendations
Drive effectiveness of workforce planning through ongoing process analysis and redesign
Generate, analyze, and use performance data to propose improvements and cost efficiencies
Develop recommendations and articulate workforce plans and staffing strategies to cross-functional partners

Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of workforce management and/or analytics experience, particularly within contact center setting
2+ years experience managing a team/department
Experienced with WFM software
Preferred
1+ year(s) experience in Pharmacy or related Healthcare field
Experience implementing WFM software
Experience with Paylocity HRIS
Experience working in a late stage growth startup environment, love problem solving and building optimized processes
