Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
Conduct risk analysis and develop comprehensive benchmarking processes.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflows and use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables in line with Scrum Agile methodologies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality.
Provide expertise on mainframe applications like Vantage-One and WMA for insurance and financial systems.
Act as a liaison between partners ensuring clear communication and documentation of business requirements.
Develop and complete project plans, including determining scope, prioritizing resources, and managing risks.
Utilize software tools like Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong domain expertise in Individual and Group Annuities, Life Insurance, and Financial Securities.
Experience with mainframe applications such as Vantage-One and WMA.
Proficiency in tools like HP ALM, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
Proven track record in quality assurance, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Knowledge of Scrum Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
