Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data integrity through the implementation of best practices.
Collaborate closely with various departments including Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment of financial plans and forecasts with operational objectives.
Oversee the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Oversee and deploy integrations between Adaptive and key systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouse, etc.)
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Adaptive Planning processes with clients.
Oversee and manage projects with clients.
Manage client relationships to understand the holistic needs of their business, outside of just Finance, to expand client relationships, reactivate engagements, and cross-sell other E78 services.

Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience implementing and managing Workday Adaptive Planning.
Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with other systems (ERPs, CRMs, HRISs, Data Warehouses, etc.) required.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into financial plans and actionable insights.
Experience in supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop accurate forecasts, and identify trends and opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts and insights to diverse audiences, including senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Proven adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers, market dynamics, and industry trends.
High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential information and making financial decisions.
Preferred
Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification desirable.
Experience in technology or SaaS industry preferred.
