Responsibilities
Coordinating activities and communication within the Bright Mind volunteer team.
Overseeing and managing volunteers across various projects and initiatives.
Assisting in the assignment of tasks and responsibilities to volunteers.
Supporting volunteers in executing their duties and ensuring they have the resources to succeed.
Monitoring the progress of volunteer-led projects and guiding to ensure successful completion.
Providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new volunteers.
Collaborating closely with Bright Mind’s leadership and senior team to align volunteer activities with organizational goals.

Required
Experience in managing or coordinating volunteer programs or teams.
Ability to lead, train and inspire volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with volunteers, team members, and leadership.
Strong organizational skills to manage volunteer schedules, tasks, and activities.
Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in volunteer management.
Capability to motivate volunteers and keep them engaged and committed to the mission.
Preferred
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training volunteers is a plus.
