Responsibilities
Promoting and executing the delivery of business transformational services to clients of Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions (AMS).
Managing projects independently and reporting measurable outcomes through internal metric reporting systems in Salesforce.
Initiating, conducting, reporting and follow-up of technical projects for small to mid-size manufacturers.
Creating and maintaining collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Required
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
At least eight years of experience in manufacturing management or related area
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty
Ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
Preferred
Knowledge and practical experience in Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Technology, and specifically, Industry 4.0 technology implementation
General manufacturing consulting service delivery
Experience in project management
Experience in a broad range of business processes (e.g., IND 4.0 technologies, strategic planning, continuous improvement (KATA, Lean, TWI and/or Six Sigma), financial analysis, manufacturing process, etc.)
