Responsibilities
Promote and support company policies, initiatives, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Lead Process Improvement tools and methods to eliminate Quality losses and deviations in a Distribution Center.
Compile and submit deviations to existing playbooks and provide input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams.
Assist with the tactical deployment of the Quality Excellence WPS program methodology.
Manage project execution of top Quality losses and assist in building the capability of other area managers and associates.
Assist with the creation of area Quality loss profile analysis and performance metrics.
Lead Quality-related savings projects within the area of responsibility.
Support Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements.
Deliver expected functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creating standard work.
Assist with the review and response of Quality focused process improvement projects owned by area managers.
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Implement related action plans, utilize and support the Open Door Policy, and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3 years' experience in Quality or Process Improvement
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings
Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills
Preferred
Experience building and implementing a Quality Management System
Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements including Statistical Process Control, FMEA, Quality KPIs, etc
Quality Improvement experience in a Total Performance Management (or related program) environment
