Responsibilities

Own Influencer and Ambassador Marketing strategies that support brand strategies and business objectives

Execute Influencer and Ambassador programming at various levels from ideation through to optimization stages

Grow and scale existing Ambassador Marketing programs

Setup framework for new Ambassador Marketing programming utilizing category information, trends, and brand insights

Familiarity with using social ambassadors within effective and revenue-driving affiliate marketing

Experience nurturing relationships to build community (i.e. through CRM programming, Events, Facebook Groups/etc.)

Optimize existing Influencer Marketing programming

Setup framework for new Influencer Marketing programming with creators of various sizes to make measurable business impacts

Execute Influencer Marketing programming

Collaborate with social media (Paid and Organic) to ensure Ambassador and Influencer programming enters marketing funnel to maximize value

Required

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years' proven experience in Influencer and Ambassador Marketing, preferably in a managerial role

Experience collaborating with Influencer agents, other agencies, and multiple cross-functional stakeholders

Familiarity with Influencer contracts, FTC guidelines, and structure/function claims with regulation

Familiarity with platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Podcasts, etc.)

Proficient in influencer marketing tools (i.e. GRIN, Taggr, CreatorIQ…)

Passion for Influencer and Ambassador industry and strong understanding of trends and how-to design impactful content
