Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and develop Associate Licensing Specialist .

Partner with internal teams (sales, product, merchandising, etc.) and licensees to drive seasonal, annual, and long-term business opportunities in accordance with Carhartt’s strategic objectives

Facilitate the execution of new license agreements, renewals, and amendments; prepare financial scenarios/analysis as needed

Build the annual licensing budget in conjunction with the licensing Vice President and Finance team

Analyze licensees’ monthly financials, forecasting, and sales trends to provide an on-going analysis of the business; assess any royalty opportunity or risk versus budget in partnership with the finance

Lead the coordination, organization and set up of Licensing promotional calendar and activities as needed.

Perform due diligence on new business opportunities and conduct market research

Drive the preparation and execution of the annual licensing summit

Visit local stores to see new product launches, corporate initiatives and to monitor product presentation to ensure brand alignment

Build strong relationships with licensee leadership and cross-functional internal teams
