Responsibilities

Leads and develops a team of Senior Field HRBPs and their respective teams of Field HRBPs – driving their ability to think strategically in how they support the field.

Responsible for the Field HRBP team with a direct focus/impact on field leadership support, ensuring site issues are resolved, and solutions are shared across sites.

Develops and implements the Field HRBP strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with the overall HRBP, HR and Business Strategies, and Blattner’s values.

Partners with the VPs of Construction on their people strategies, matching to business strategies, driving results and ensuring alignment to overall business and HR strategies.

Leads large-scale HRBP projects and serves as a stakeholder on larger organizational initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

A minimum of 7 years of progressive HRBP experience working in a complex environment with experience related to setting and driving strategy and vision and driving and managing change.

A strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent and performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, compensation, talent planning and learning and development.

Ability to travel up to 50%.
