Responsibilities
Purchase items and services at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements, and other factors; responsible for invoice processing and allocation which includes verification of deliverables then submits for approval
Pull data analytics reports from Coupa to determine total quantities needed to order and allocation of items per region and or market and or for initiatives (where appropriate)
Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate status of orders with internal customers; ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products; work with suppliers, requisitioners and Accounts Payable to resolve product, delivery and invoicing issues
Employ strategies to minimize freight, installation and other ancillary expenses; facilitate the return of mis-delivered or non-conforming product; may also sell or dispose of surplus, salvage, or used materials, equipment or supplies
Manage all day-to-day activity for suppliers in category portfolio
Manage testing activities with suppliers within the P2P Test Environment to prepare for Go Live
Help to manage approvals of requisitions and the invoice discrepancy queue in Coupa.
Manage blanket requisitions and invoices for assigned suppliers in Coupa.
Work with Initiatives, Departments and Regions for the shipping and transportation of event items from Warehouse to Receiver Space and or from event to event.
Help select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts for carriers and logistics providers.
Management of Receiver Spaces and temporary storage space for LLS Fundraising events including contracting and working procedures for the receiver space.
Responds and resolves and receiver-space issues and or problems and complaints.
Responsible for sourcing logistics providers for events, from holding and receiving to white glove service, movers and day labors.
Determine quantities needed based on history of incentive fulfillment, registrations, attendees, participants, etc. for Product/Mission to assist Strategic Sourcing Managers and Buyers with accurate information for RFx process and purchasing.
Lead department to develop forecasts for future demand and provide reporting to Manager Buyers to place orders in a timely fashion based upon vendor lead-time.
Conduct annual supplier audit to access efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities including supplier consolidation
Analyze spend based on commodity, billing segment, item type, on contract vs off contract, against budget, payment terms.
Track spend to identify rogue/maverick purchasing and against contracts to identify pre-negotiated pricing
Provide regular reporting and analytics to Product/Mission leadership to inform program decision.
Perform cost analysis using all data in available systems to make recommendations for future procurement efforts to bring suppliers under management.
Train LLS staff on the Procure-to-pay system.
Manage communications to prepare LLS Staff for any upcoming change impacts to encourage adoption.
Act as a Territory Procurement Partner (“TPP”) to assigned LLS Territory
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of related purchasing and project manager experience.
Training and experience in project coordination/management.
Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, critical thinker, and ability to problem solve in high pressure situations.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Strong negotiating skills
