Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to EDA leaders and stakeholders, advancing analytics department goals.
Collaborate with business, technology, and healthcare teams to clarify and align analytic requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, managing product lifecycles and upgrades.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
Ensure staff defines, documents, and delivers work on time.
Oversee troubleshooting efforts and report trends requiring attention.
Manage healthcare domain deliverables using agile methodologies.
Develop and execute large-scale project plans on time, within scope, and on budget.
Track and report project progress while maintaining a domain roadmap.
Promote self-service utilization of analytic products.
Ensure compliance with data governance, analytics policies, and reporting standards.
Drive continuous improvement in analytic processes and reporting quality.
