Required
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
2 years of experience developing sponsorship programs or related work required.
2 years of event or project management required.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with multiple hard deadlines.
Customer-service skills, including exemplary interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
Ability to exhibit sound judgment and a creative approach to problem-solving are required.
Preferred
1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability within the organization preferred.
