Responsibilities
Developing and managing partnerships that drive the company's brand visibility and strategic initiatives.
Identifying valuable sponsorship opportunities.
Negotiating agreements.
Ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship programs.

Required
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
2 years of experience developing sponsorship programs or related work required.
2 years of event or project management required.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with multiple hard deadlines.
Customer-service skills, including exemplary interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
Ability to exhibit sound judgment and a creative approach to problem-solving are required.
Preferred
1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability within the organization preferred.
