Responsibilities

Inspire, train, and mentor a team of BDAs to excel in lead generation and prospecting activities.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development to elevate team performance.
Actively engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts alongside the team.
Serve as a model for effective outreach, including email, phone, and social selling techniques.
Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new BDAs to build a high-performing team that aligns with company culture and growth objectives.
Oversee the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring consistent flow and follow-up of qualified opportunities.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on campaign goals and sales targets.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success.
Regularly track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Work closely with sales leadership to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
Partner with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Share your unique insights and perspectives within targeted industries and work with Sales and Marketing Teams to create compelling content, material, proposals, and sales presentations.
Develop, refine, and implement best practices for lead generation and qualification.
Encourage the use of Salesforce and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft) for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
At least 2 years in a leadership position managing a team of SDRs or BDAs
Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong coaching abilities
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of sales development tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft)
Mindset of a proactive, hands-on leader with a passion for developing team members and leading by example
Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
