Responsibilities
Responsibilities include holding consistent 1:1’s, supporting career pathing, identifying development opportunities, facilitating performance management and coaching plans, driving team culture, etc
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers
Assigning projects, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure that project goals are met. You may also be involved in recruiting, training, and performance management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Understanding of overall health of all projects for this role’s aligned team
Partner with Peer Team Managers to collaborate on Professional Services team and project initiatives
Serve as a cornerstone for PM team working through client commitments, escalations, or additional support as needed
Able and willing to lead projects as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales representatives, software engineers, learning and development specialists, and product developers, to ensure excellence within the implementation process
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives for team members

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools
EMR/EHR experience required
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to align projects with strategic goals and business objectives
Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
PMP Certification a plus
