Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and user adoption.
System Enhancement: Assist in the build-out of new functionalities, workflows, and integrations within HubSpot to meet evolving business needs.
Data Analysis: Generate, analyze, and interpret CRM data to provide actionable insights for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices and standardized processes within the CRM to streamline operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities and updates.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to continuously enhance our CRM capabilities.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
Minimum of 5 years of Hubspot experience with deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the HubSpot Enterprise Suite.
Proficient in CRM management, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and APIs is a plus.
