Responsibilities
Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
Manage, train, and support a team of individual contributors to achieve a broad range of IT-related organizational and team goals;
Collaborate with others to research, recommend, and implement systems, integrations, and processes that enhance efficiency, align with business objectives, and ensure maximum utilization of software and hardware tools;
Oversee implementation, maintenance, and administration of multiple cloud-based systems, including but not limited to student information system, learning management system, telephony, ticketing, identity management, and other key business applications;
Provide day-to-day management of team members and third-party vendors to ensure timely accomplishment of objectives utilizing strong project management, documentation, and QA/testing practices;
Maintain a customer-centric approach by identifying and addressing service gaps, minimizing errors, and overseeing the resolution of escalated technical issues through timely problem-solving, root cause identification, and clear stakeholder communication;
Achieve a high level of system, network, and data security throughout the organization;
Efficiently manage the cost-effective procurement and recycling of end-user hardware in alignment with the company’s standard life cycle;
Oversee real-time inventory management, shipping, and receiving for all tech assets, and ensure adherence to company standards for accuracy;
Achieve help desk service level agreements by properly training agents and holding them accountable for accuracy, timeliness, and providing superb customer service;

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field required
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive IT experience with at least four (4) years of experience directly managing technical teams (including help desk and infrastructure)
Strong experience with system selection, administration, and implementation; ticketing systems; and IT infrastructure required
Strong experience with MacOS, Google Suite, and Excel required
Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet
Ability to pass required background check
Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consistently lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud computing, etc.)
Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and development frameworks
Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data protection regulations, and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR)
Strong project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Skilled in anticipating potential IT challenges and mitigating risks
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage IT professionals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, team environment and juggle multiple tasks
Strict attention to detail
Achieve daily performance metrics
Preferred
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or related certification preferred
