Responsibilities

Assigning tasks and supporting business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject areas and working with project and program managers to ensure all requested work has adequate resource assignment and allocation.

Creating and executing plans to capitalize on strengths, addressing improvement opportunities, supporting team collaboration, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Supporting the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.

Ensuring the team follows all procedures and policies.

Collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

Lead, assist, and support the adoption of Network Security solutions and best practices.

Actively engage in improving leadership skills, attitudes, and knowledge, especially as related to equity, diversity and inclusion. Attend training, development and group training on topics of inclusive leadership.
