Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, identify, and nurture new business relationships in your assigned territory/market.
Qualify and manage inbound warm leads generated by Marketing, turning them into sales-ready opportunities.
Conduct timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (e.g., email, social media) to prospect for new opportunities and qualify leads.
Communicate effectively to cultivate interest in Signant Health's products and services, educate potential clients, and build strong relationships.
Identify key decision-makers, assess buying readiness, handle objections, and apply strategic sales techniques to align customer needs with our solutions.
Achieve metrics, targets, and quotas consistently.
Capture and manage all relevant information and data in our CRM system, ensuring a meticulous and strategic approach to lead management.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to represent Signant Health and expand your professional network.

Required
Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Previous experience in lead generation or inside sales is essential.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
An enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a drive to succeed.
Ability to multi-task, shift priorities as needed, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Philosophical about setbacks and eager to learn from challenges, with a strategic approach to overcoming obstacles.
A supportive team member who thrives in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
Preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
