Responsibilities
Effectively manages the Preproduction Software Engineering team – IST
Allocates resources on projects required by internal and external clients
Acts as a mentor/advisor to new IDEMIA Technologies employees
Works closely with internal staff to assure compatibility with potential clients and establish initial contact with new clients
Manages employee relation issues including recruitment
Ensures development is done in a controlled and professional environment
Enforces proper setups, testing, and implementation processes within the team
Ensures proper support for production issues
Organizes and provides assistance in training employees as required
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelors or Masters Degree in related field and/or 3 - 5 years development experience
Leadership Experience in a management role
Must be able to effectively communicate in English with strong written and verbal skills to include general and technical documents.
Knowledgeable on various computer software development techniques
Exercise excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and listening skills.
Detail Oriented
Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of various Windows operating systems
Knowledge and ability to use reporting tools
Preferred
Knowledge of payment card services and/or the ID Market is desirable
Experience with programming requirements for various card production machines is helpful.
