Responsibilities
Lead a team of sellers specializing in HR solutions covering North and Latin America across SMB, MM, and ENT segments.
Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap enhancement.
Foster strong relationships with the Sales organization in both North and Latin America to enable intra-functional collaboration.
Promote alignment with cross-functional teams in Product, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations.
Create scalable processes that ensure consistent execution across the team.
Actively monitor sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts to adapt proactively to changing conditions.
Drive revenue growth by owning and surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets.
Exhibit a profound understanding of the business by sharing insights, analyzing root causes behind KPI changes, and providing recommendations for course corrections as required.

Required
Based in North America.
Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in HR technology.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth.
Experience selling to companies with 1-200 employees.
Experience selling to companies with 200+ employees.
Familiarity with driving sales through contracts and annual commitments.
Experience in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
