Responsibilities
Develop and execute direct response and brand strategies in marketing channels such as Paid Social, Display Media, SEM and Affiliate while maintaining CAC goals and meeting other KPIs.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in digital media and traditional channels
Refine and develop existing customer acquisition strategy, investigating and testing new channels, promotions and creatives/ads.
Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: designing experiments, developing campaign strategies, and driving execution of the campaign through to completion, analyzing results, and providing strategic insights
Develop reporting and perform analyses of acquisition metrics for increasing profitability for the marketing channels
Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Sales to drive forward growth-specific projects and company-wide initiatives Work effectively within cross-functional teams and external partners.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and optimizing one or more digital performance marketing channels: SEM, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.), Programmatic Display, Streaming Audio etc. You must have hands-on experience optimizing this digital channel with budgets of $100K+/month.
5+ years of experience with a focus on direct response or ROAS focused campaigns.
3+ years of experience managing marketing for subscription services or products with CAC/LTV targets.
3+ years of experience in growth or data-driven marketing role, ideally at a high growth start-up or other fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing tactics and projects simultaneously.
Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
