Responsibilities

Guide a world class cross-functional Solution Consultant team, spanning across Financials and Human Capital Management responsible for selling to prospects and customers in strategic industries.

Oversee the performance and delivery in support to the sales organization within the region while contributing to the growth of the region and department.

Required

5+ years in a sales-related role (sales, presales, value management, customer success, etc.) selling enterprise software

2+ years of experience leading people and/or mentoring colleagues on sales opportunity strategy

7+ years in a sales-related role (sales, presales, value management, customer success, etc.) selling enterprise software

4+ years of experience leading people and/or mentoring colleagues on sales opportunity strategy

Demonstrate a combination of qualities such as integrity and empathy, alongside practical skills like effective communication and strategic thinking to guide and inspire their team

A track record of hiring and retaining innovative employees

Consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targets

Success in mentoring coworkers in ways that allowed them to learn new skills and achieve career goals

A history of using data to support your decision-making process
