Responsibilities

Manage a team of Sustaining Engineers, including, but not limited to time sheet approvals, approvnig PTO requests, expense approvals, scheduling on call rotation

Identify quality and cost improvements

Weekly mangement status reports

Attend/faciliate customer status and technical meetings

Manage Sev 1 technical meetings

Create/Facilitate Root Cause Analysis of a system outage
