Responsibilities
Establishes, maintains, and improves processes/procedures to support El Segundo and remote program efforts and promotes consistent tool sets & processes.
Monitors and manages Risk items to ensure effective mitigating actions and promotes Lean, Knowledge Management, and other process improvement initiatives.
Manages personnel performance evaluation, merit planning, employee development, and utilizes EVMS to manage direct costs.

Required
Must have a high school diploma/GED AND 5 years of related professional/military experience in manufacturing/aerospace/design/tooling/tool engineering, manufacturing engineering, integration and/or fabrication industries/experience
Must have 2 year of prior management/leadership experience.
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required) as well as the ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access
Preferred
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
