Responsibilities
Participate in a 12-month training program with an additional six months to transition into an Assistant Manager role.
Gain expertise in financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
Support the production of life-changing medicines while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and BioLife SOPs.
Explore different BioLife locations nationwide, building networks and learning from diverse teams.
Foster inclusivity and teamwork across all organizational levels to ensure exceptional customer service and donor satisfaction.
Upon program completion and promotion, relocate as needed to support BioLife's operational needs.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience (approx. 3 years)
Supervisory experience, including coaching and performance management
Ability to travel based on program requirements
Must reside within the continental US during the program
Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting and extended periods of standing
Preferred
Familiarity with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and FDA regulations
Experience in highly regulated environments
