Responsibilities
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing team, establishing clear structures and career development pathways.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional results.
Collaborate with clients to define goals, develop strategies, and deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Actively participate in business reviews, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Identify and capture new business opportunities, leading pitches and securing contracts that contribute to the agency’s success.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, clients, and stakeholders to unlock new growth avenues.
Drive strategic initiatives to position the agency as a leader in the social commerce and digital marketing landscape.
Partner with internal teams on marketing strategies, branding efforts, and thought leadership to enhance the agency’s market presence.
Represent the agency at industry events and in public forums, strengthening its reputation and influence.

Required
10+ years of experience in an agency environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, team growth, and client success.
Demonstrated ability to develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Skilled in implementing and managing processes that drive operational efficiency and excellence in client delivery.
Strong track record of managing high-profile client accounts, building trust, and delivering impactful results.
Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities through tailored pitches, compelling strategies, and strong industry relationships.
Comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback and leading candid discussions that drive positive outcomes.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social commerce, with a passion for leveraging insights to inform strategy and execution.
Preferred
Experience in social commerce or live streaming platforms like TikTok, Twitch, and Amazon Live.
