Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance advisor productivity and streamline processes.

Share best practices and partner with other leaders to implement organizational improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Required
15+ years of experience in wealth management, with a focus on team leadership and business development.
A proven track record of leading advisor teams and driving performance at a regional or national level.
Expertise in managing high-net-worth client relationships and sophisticated wealth planning.
Strong background in investment management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated success in coaching and developing teams for sustained performance.
Required licenses: Series 7 and 66 (Series 24 preferred).
Deep knowledge of RIA business models and industry trends.
Preferred
Experience leading teams through innovation or digital transformation initiatives.
A track record of cultivating next-generation talent within the wealth management industry.
Exposure to multiple wealth management channels, such as bank, wirehouse, and RIA environments.
Advanced certifications (CFP, CIMA) or relevant graduate-level education.
Familiarity with modern wealth management tools and technology platforms.
