Responsibilities

Publish a minimum of one piece of content (blog post, landing page, video, etc.) per week

Create and manage content strategy & pipeline for the Guidewire Developer Program

Plan and publish developer-focused landing pages for Guidewire products, features, and capabilities

Work with Guidewire product marketing, alliances, and customer teams to align content strategy with other company strategies and initiatives

Conduct, analyze, and publish a yearly Developer Trends and Insights report to establish and reinforce industry thought leadership

Schedule, write, send, and promote monthly Developer Newsletter

Plan social media posts & engagement

Work with Director of Developer Relations to conduct, analyze, and report on a yearly Sense of Community survey

Work with Director of Developer Relations to schedule, plan, and promote the yearly DEVHack virtual competition

Work with the Developer Evangelist, EMEA to incorporate developer feedback into product and site content strategy

Apply SEO expertise to grow organic footprint to developer.guidewire.com

Required

Proven experience in content creation and management, particularly in a technical or developer-focused environment.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and customer teams.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Experience in analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Experience in planning and executing content strategies.

Familiarity with social media engagement and promotion strategies.

Preferred

Experience in the insurance or P&C industry.

Familiarity with developer communities and trends.

Experience with email marketing and newsletter management.

Knowledge of analytics tools to track and report on content performance.
