Responsibilities
Be excited about storytelling across platforms and sectors, whether that's in long-form articles or bite-sized web copy.
Work cross-departmentally to create production calendars for client-facing projects, maintain daily deadlines, and run production meetings.
Oversee the fact-checking process and enforcing the team style guide.
Make editorial assignments, edit copy written by staff and freelancers, and be a rock-solid writer able to produce everything from compelling ad copy to longform articles and features.
Attend client meetings to understand client goals and feedback.

Required
5+ years magazine, editorial, or managing editor experience
Editorial (grammar, spelling, proofing, copyediting) and reporting skills and maintain a specific style based on a style guide.
Experience working with art and design teams to create compelling treatments for print and digital content.
Ability and interest in finding ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Experience working in an agency environment.
Knowledge of InDesign or Asana and Workfront project management systems.
