Responsibilities
Advising clients: LLLTs consult with clients and advise them on family law matters.
Completing and filing court documents: LLLTs complete and file necessary court documents.
Assisting clients in court: LLLTs assist clients at certain types of hearings and settlement conferences.
Helping with court scheduling: LLLTs help clients with court scheduling.
Supporting clients in the legal system: LLLTs support clients in navigating the legal system.
Providing investigative or paraprofessional services
Creating and maintaining databases for complex litigation
Printing or scanning client documents
Storing client information using an internet-based service
Qualification

Required
Experience in civil rights and human rights law.
Experience working with vulnerable communities such as the LGBTQIA + Disabled and Individuals with Mental illnesses.
Ability to represent individuals experiencing civil and human rights violations.
Knowledge of legal standards and ethical responsibilities in providing legal services.
Strong communication and advocacy skills.
Preferred
Experience as a limited license legal technician (LLLT) or similar role.
Familiarity with family law, healthcare law, and administrative law.
Experience in managing a legal team.
