Responsibilities

Support the transaction team.

Support dataroom management and updates.

Support team in helping to coordinate updates to management presentation for meetings with potential acquirers.

Support team in helping coordinate diligence requests.

Refine complex financial models, including valuation and scenario analysis for potential transactions.

Manage quick-turnaround deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct financial due diligence and scenario planning related to M&A opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

Required

3+ years of M&A and financial modeling experience, specifically in the digital media sector.

Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build detailed valuation models and perform scenario analysis.

Experience with deal structuring, financial due diligence, and transaction advisory.

Hands-on experience in digital media or traditional media companies.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in TMT investment banking or Private Equity is a plus.

Candidates with relevant Wall Street or Private Equity backgrounds will also be considered if they bring strong industry knowledge and direct hands-on experience in M&A within the digital media space.

Experience with deal structuring and financial due diligence is a plus.
