Responsibilities
Creatively identify leads that meet our strategic criteria and metrics for vertical market software businesses.
Build and maintain a proprietary database of industry contacts, expanding our network.
Develop and execute prospecting campaigns using digital media, outbound calls, in-person meetings, and participation in industry events.
Leverage creativity, persistence, and credibility to engage with business owners, operators, and C-suite executives.
Gather, analyze, and present detailed target company information to the M&A team and senior leaders.
Support later stages of the M&A process, including due diligence, assisting with Investment Memo, and fostering continuity in relationships.

Required
Exceptional academic performance in an undergraduate business degree from an accredited university.
Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Confident and professional presentation skills across all levels of stakeholders.
Persistent, self-motivated work ethic, capable of both independent and team-oriented work.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
