Responsibilities
Navigate, analyze, and mine our large Salesforce database of prospects.
Interpret and apply information from our database for the creation of reports, metrics, KPI’s, and dashboards.
Provide deeper insight into our prospects funnel and opportunities available for the M&A team to engage with.
Oversee the health of the portfolio’s pipeline and work with the greater M&A team to ensure adequate prospect activity.
Implement business processes and procedures to standardize, define, and document the M&A and business development workflow.
Assist M&A with modeling and evaluating potential acquisitions and due diligence projects.
Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required.

Required
Undergraduate degree (Business/Economics/Analytics an asset)
Demonstrable experience in data and/or business analysis with an aptitude for creating meaningful insight
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel coupled with excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing business environment
Strong initiative to work independently
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Prior business development, analytics and/or mergers & acquisitions experience
