Responsibilities
Oversee the work of QA Level 1 testers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Design and implement testing plans for products.
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
Perform other duties as required.

Required
Ability to capture issues, describe them, and communicate the issue in writing – or via a video.
Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
Preferred
Knowledge of Affiliate | Call Center | Central Processing | Customer roles, being able to spot things that should not apply from role to role
Use of test pad to capture test cases / scenarios
Use of Azure DevOps to write up bugs / tickets
Working knowledge of Cypress
Basic SQL knowledge
Some exposure to programming
Postman experience
