Responsibilities
Obtain feedback from critical stakeholders involved in the new product or the process improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and on budget
Apply lean manufacturing, six sigma, and other manufacturing best practices to new products in order to improve their efficiency and eliminate waste
Find and pitch improvement ideas, and then execute ideas if approved into a full project
Document any best practices discovered and/or standards implemented

Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or related field, in the United States.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
