Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant support for the Market Development Team
A/R, A/P functions
Posting and capturing summaries of meetings
Direct phone engagement with Network Account customers
Generate and process ERP requirements, documentation, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements etc.
Process new hires by working in conjunction with the Human Resources division to ensure completed documentation.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Required
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented
Have attention to detail and be self-motivated
Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
Location: Memphis, TN, Fairhope, AL or remote worker possibility for highly qualified candidate
