Responsibilities
Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization
Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects
Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
May oversees advertising, events and public relationships
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
True first level manager
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Has full authority for personnel actions

Required
BA/BS required with related work experience in marketing, sales ops, finance and/or sales
Extensive knowledge of department processes
Will need to work West Coast hours- (PST)
Must be data backed and know how to use intermediate google sheet formula's (i.e. vlookup's, pivot tables, etc.)
Must know how to triangulate data to story and be a good communicator
Solid financial background
