Responsibilities
Utilize your culinary expertise and creativity to develop new, innovative recipes that highlight Bridor’s quality products. Stay informed on the latest culinary trends and flavor profiles to ensure our offerings remain competitive and desirable in the marketplace.
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies. Identify and target key markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to maximize sales and market penetration.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients. Conduct product tastings, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase Bridor’s products, helping clients understand their versatility and premium quality.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, cruise lines, and retail outlets. Build partnerships and collaborations to increase market presence and drive new revenue streams.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product development. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and provide valuable insights to internal teams.
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, responding to client inquiries, and conducting product training sessions. Share your knowledge of pastry-making techniques, product features, and flavor combinations to enhance the team’s effectiveness.
Work closely with the culinary team to continuously refine and improve product quality, consistency, and innovation. Ensure that all products meet Bridor’s high standards in taste, texture, presentation, and freshness.

Required
2 to 5 years of progressive sales experience in specialty food distribution, preferably in the industrial baking sector
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
Must be driven and passionate about what we do, with a strong desire to succeed and make an impact in the industry
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence key decision-makers
Creativity in pastry design, flavor development, and product presentation
Knowledge of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis
A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and culinary departments
Willingness to travel up to 70% for client visits, trade shows, and food events
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Experience with sales tracking software
Strong communication and planning skills
Preferred
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and BRC is a plus
