Responsibilities
Design and execute original research for MSI’s Media Group and, as capacity allows, MSI-wide initiatives.
Manage all phases of research projects—consulting on design, fielding, analysis, and reporting—ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Build and present data-driven insights and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to inform product development and marketing.
Maintain best practices in research methodologies, improving processes and leveraging new techniques.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and freelance contributors when needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of hands-on experience in corporate or business market research (not limited to academic or nonprofit).
Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical research standards.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
