Responsibilities
Refine project objectives and scope in collaboration with clients or stakeholders
Design questionnaires for custom studies that answer business questions
Coordinate data collection efforts with the project team
Advise on quotas, weighting, sampling
Ensure data tables and banners are produced and structured to answer key business questions
Identify and address issues or roadblocks that may arise
Develop solutions to overcome challenges and meet project objectives
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects
Analyze and interpret survey results
Work alongside the Analytics team on presenting multivariate findings
Prepare insightful PowerPoint reports and presentation decks
Present research results to stakeholders, clients, or senior management
Build a trusting relationship with the clients
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address their concerns
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the research process and outcomes

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Market Research)
3+ years of market research experience (experience in healthcare preferred)
Has directed custom quantitative research projects (qualitative a plus)
Thorough understanding of and experience with market research tools and constructs: crosstabs, banners, weighting, incidence, response rates
Has created and written custom research reports
Can-do attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients
There will be math – knowledge of statistics and multi-variate analysis a plus
Is a flexible thinker; can adapt to changing demands; willing to embrace and learn new technologies / new methodologies
Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
Already lives in the Philadelphia region (preferably) or is willing to travel to our HQ for meetings and short assignments as the need arises
