Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall demand generation strategy, balancing top-of-funnel awareness with mid-to-bottom-funnel conversions, focused on customer acquisition and retention.
Identify key segments within target markets, creating personalized, multichannel campaigns that address unique needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Execute demand generation programs through email marketing, digital advertising (e.g., SEM, social, trade and business media), content syndication, webinars, white papers, events, and partnerships.
Leverage data-driven insights to plan, execute, and measure campaigns that increase brand visibility and deliver a high-quality pipeline of leads.
Design and optimize lead nurturing campaigns to convert qualified leads into loyal customers, increasing customer lifetime value and minimizing churn.
Implement marketing automation solutions to manage and scale lead nurturing efforts while improving customer journey touchpoints.
Develop segmented content and targeting strategies tailored to various stages of the buyer’s journey and specific audience personas.
Continuously analyze conversion metrics and engagement data to optimize performance and refine the customer journey.
Oversee a multi-channel demand generation strategy across digital, content marketing, influencer marketing, social media, email, and paid media channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling campaigns that align with brand and product objectives.
Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and agencies as needed, ensuring campaign alignment, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Keep a pulse on industry trends and new marketing technologies, identifying emerging channels and strategies that can expand reach and effectiveness.
Set, track, and analyze KPIs for demand generation initiatives, providing transparency on pipeline impact, campaign ROI, and channel performance.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including recommendations for improvement, key takeaways, and insights for the marketing leadership team.
Partner with the Analytics team to leverage customer data, behavior insights, and predictive models to refine targeting, improve personalization, and enhance campaign efficacy.
Utilize A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data analysis to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Work closely with the Business Development, Creative and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and handoff processes.
Partner with Marketing team to develop and refine persona-specific messaging, competitive positioning, and launch plans for new product initiatives.
Foster a collaborative environment within the Marketing team and lead team members through demand generation best practices.
Serve as a demand generation thought leader, sharing insights, training, and industry best practices across teams.
Engage with external vendors and partners to support product initiatives, collaborating on integrations, service improvements, and customer solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2C or B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, preferably in high-growth or start-up environments.
Experience in the food industry, subscription services, or eCommerce is a significant advantage.
Ability to develop and execute a strategic demand generation plan that aligns with business objectives and drives measurable growth.
Proficient in analyzing data to measure campaign success, uncover insights, and optimize future initiatives. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Skilled in managing PPC, social media, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns, with a deep understanding of digital metrics and optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
