Responsibilities

Work in tandem with the account team to develop and implement various initiatives in a timely manner, including copywriting, digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, websites, social media, events, and promotions.

Serve as the day-to-day contact with internal agency counterparts and efficiently traffic projects between departments to maintain workflow.

Research, gather, and organize information for creative briefs, client reports, and proposals.

Provide logistical support for client meetings, review materials for client presentations, and ensure compliance with agency processes.

Maintain accuracy in all work produced, track client activities, provide exceptional customer service, and enter time and expenses into project management software.

Communicate effectively, accept mentoring to grow marketing skills, and collaborate with the team.
