Responsibilities
Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic, results-driven creative with oversight.
Utilize industry insights to inform and inspire creative ideas and solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of the client’s business, products/services, and competition, adjusting strategies as needed.
Serve as a day-to-day client resource, facilitating program management.
Draft creative briefs and POVs with supervision.
Review and provide feedback on creative execution to ensure alignment with strategy and client guidelines.
Assist in selling the creative product.
Ensure quality control on all assignments.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare weekly project status reports.
Partner with Strategic Planning to execute research initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with client counterparts.
Identify and escalate potential issues appropriately.
Communicate relevant client and external information to the team.
Participate in the client planning process, including situation analysis and brand planning.
Use Google Analytics for campaign tracking and report preparation.

Required
3+ years in a digital agency, with experience across web, mobile, video, brand, and strategy.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Positive, eager attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Travel to client sites as required.
Preferred
Higher education marketing experience
Experience with analytics, A/B testing and optimization
