Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, understanding their marketing objectives and turning requests into actionable items for the creative production team.

Ensure the teams have articulated a cohesive marketing strategy to guide their marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and deliver marketing materials that meet brand standards, marketing goals, and deadlines.

Learn to use our project management app (Wrike.com) to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, such as collecting client creative briefs, quality control reviews, client approvals, and final asset deliveries.

Provide regular updates to clients on project status and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.

License required.

Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
