Responsibilities
Act as the central point of communication between account managers, internal marketing teams, and external clients & vendors.
Oversee all customer onboarding processes, ensuring all checklists, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring services are delivered on time and align with project goals.
Develop and implement systems to track progress and ensure alignment across all teams involved.
Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure successful execution.
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
Coordinate and lead regular meetings to review project progress and update stakeholders on deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine workflows, processes, and project management tools.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer onboarding and project completion.
Ensure all client and internal communications are professional, clear, and timely.

Required
3–5 years of experience in marketing agency operations, project management, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com & Slack.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors and customers.
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with marketing workflows, customer onboarding, and vendor management processes.
Preferred
Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus but not required.
