Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Performance Marketing team, assisting with various tasks and projects.
Manage and update marketing-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and project plans.
Utilize Google Suite tools, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for creating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Follow instructions accurately and execute tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Required
Hunger for success and a strong motivation to excel in a virtual assistant role
A background in marketing, either through academic studies or certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint preferred
Proficiency in technology and the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
Familiarity with Google Suite, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all assignments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and adaptable, able to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus
