Responsibilities
Data Collection: Aggregate data from various marketing channels including organic social, paid social, website analytics, and email campaigns.
Identify and isolate organic and paid social metrics
Custom Reporting: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for different marketing metrics that align with the company's goals.
KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of marketing strategies & communicate key metrics and areas of improvement.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with different marketing teams (digital, content, SEO, etc.) to implement proper data tracking.
Analytics Tools: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to gather and analyze data.
Data Management: Manage and ensure the integrity of marketing databases.
Project Coordination: Manage analytics-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Process Improvement: Continually seek and implement improvements in data collection and analysis processes.
Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure all data collection and processing is compliant with relevant data privacy laws and best practices.
Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing analytics and reporting.

Required
1-3 years of experience in analytics and reporting
Knowledge and understanding of the following platforms as it pertains to analytics and reporting: Hubspot, Wordpress, LearnDash, WooCommerce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Supermetrics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Youtube
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Ability to aggregate data from multiple sources and produce comprehensive daily, monthly, yearly performance reports.
Preferred
Preferred platform experience: Adriel
Startup experience highly preferred
