Responsibilities

Cover the front desk/lobby area, greet clients and vendors, answer calls, manage office supplies, and assist agents in the property listing process.
Execute strategic digital and print marketing materials, manage social media accounts, conduct email marketing, write blogs, perform data entry, work on SEO, and graphic design.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager, problem-solve, and deliver on various marketing and administrative tasks.

Required

Bachelor’s degree
Fine-tuned attention to detail is required
Ability to easily establish rapport with agents, clients, vendors, and prospects
Polished, poised, and professional demeanor both in person and over the phone
Dynamic, energetic, and welcoming personality
Outstanding customer service orientation
Creative, strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain “grace under pressure”
Ability to self-direct and seek out opportunities to contribute, whether working independently or collaboratively
Possess a forward-thinking attitude with a drive to take initiative in order to meet team goals
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
Assist with event planning and organizing
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while multitasking
Team player with excellent relationship-building skills
Extremely computer-literate and able to master new systems and troubleshoot quickly
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Social Media, and Internet applications. (Adobe products are not required but a significant plus)
Able to manipulate systems to generate useful data, i.e., reports
General office maintenance (scheduling cleans and maintaining day-to-day organization of office and supplies; you must be very organized)
Must have a reliable vehicle, occasionally errands are needed
